Service Use:
By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate as needed to complete the service effectively.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
Cocorabbits Studios is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Processing Fee
A 3.73% processing fee applies to all transactions made via credit card, debit card, or online payment platforms (such as Venmo, PayPal, or similar).
This fee covers third-party transaction costs and ensures secure payment processing. Clients may avoid this fee by using Zelle or other fee-free direct payment methods where available.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
1.1 Refunds:
Refunds are not offered on any completed services or digital products.
Deposits or initial payments for services are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this period will not be subject to additional charges.
The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service may incur a fee up to 50% of the total service cost.
For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss potential rescheduling options.
Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Digital Products:
All digital products, including photography, videography, and live streaming content, will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase or booking.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the delivery of edited digital content unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Physical Products:
Physical products, such as printed photographs or albums, will be shipped to the address provided during purchase.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be detailed at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
